Katie needed pictures for her website, and called on us to capture her personality, and beauty. I had so much fun working with both women. It is always an honor, when someone places faith in my artistry to give them what they want. :)
The fabulous Katie is a wife, and mother of two in addition to a fabulous photographer. Due to here hectic schedule, she is more of a minimalist, and wanted a look that was natural, with a bit of spunk. For her hair, I opted for a look that was simple, and easy. Her make-up, I did the Laura Mercier signature, 'Flawless Face', balanced out by a played up eye, and soft lip.

Want to instantly update your look, without being too dramatic? Opt for a simple color change in your eyeliner. As you can see on Katie, I used a subtle green liquid liner. Even for the biggest minimalist out there, this is a chic way to really make your eyes pop. Notice I didn't try to match her outfit to her eyeliner, but rather a color that matches/compliments her eyes.

Do you have green/hazel eyes? Try the chocolate brown, forest green, or purple. Brown eyes? Purple, green, or sable brown is fabulous. Blue eyes? The Forest Green, blue, and purple will really work wonders!
